 This site is a repository for researchy things. This could include anything connected with research but will try to maintain some sort of standard and concentrate upon resources that are frequently needed by researchers, new and old, student or supervisor. One of the main problems with this internet is that while is it a treasure trove of information it takes some time to sift through the bright sparkly trinkets until you find even the smallest nugget of half decent gold -like information.  

Blogroll links will include any other interesting or useful sites / blogs/ resources

Pages will be developed as required – it is difficult to know what to post for fear of breaking copyright laws so this may be brief initially and until Open Source and  Creative Commons licence becomes  a more popular copyrighting method. This basically means that information can be shared and copied as long as it is not tampered with in any way and the rightful owner is credited with the work – seems fair enough to me. Biomedcentral uses this form of copyright on all its articles wihin its journals.

Categories should provide some sort of filing system for the site to keep things in order so that they can be found again – quickly.
